I have been operating from a small workshop in Christchurch on the Dorset / Hampshire border for the last seventeen years, where I tackle most aspects of guitar and related instrument repair. From set-ups to re-frets and broken headstocks etc. I have to date repaired over 1000 instuments in this area, with no come-back (so far). I also build a handful of instruments each year, but I don't really make to order. (Unless I find it just too interesting to resist). There are always some form of finished instruments, or those under construction around the workshop, which may include :- Lap-dulcimers, Bouzoukis, Lutes, Psalteries, or whatever I happen to be making at the time. (At the moment I am experimenting with some hybrid instruments). I offer a friendly personal service and take as much care over your instrument as I would my own. |
